The store in Durham is well laid out. Easy to walk around and check out all the sofas. The staff were helpful., without being overbearing. Carol was very informative on our first visit. We came back the next day, had another look around and decided to purchase. The process was seamless.
It's now a waiting game for our sofa to arrive.
