Delivery service is a shambles no prior notification when delivery was going to delivered on the morning recueved 2 messages from dx .missed delivery had to go to depot to collect 2hr return journey m25traffic.on collection was told 1 item missing.called office on Monday told arrange to deliver Tuesday now 7am waiting on site for delivery.not a good experience at all
