I had a fantastic experience purchasing my car from the trade centre wales. From start to finish my experience was great. The salesman Kieren was really informative and easy going. His manager also named Kieren helped me iron out the figures and get the best deal possible. They let me take the car Ona test drive and let even let me sit in as many cars as I fancied to get a good idea of what I wanted. The variety of cars is enormous so having both Kieren’s to point me in the right direction was really appreciated. After picking the car and getting the numbers sorted I was brought in to an office where I was met by Jacob he was very welcoming and took his time explaining everything to me as it was my first time purchasing a car on finance. Then once I got approved I was taken over to collections to sign the final documents and get the keys to my car! 10/10 experience will be going back to buy another car once it’s time for an up grade.
