I recently ordered a lot of different bedding from Soak and Sleep (protectors, duvet covers, pillowcases, etc) and although there were a few hiccups with sizing etc which meant returning and re-ordering quite a few bits and some calls to their customer service, I must say I am very happy with my final items and the level of service. Everyone was always helpful (especially Grace), very calm and available for any queries I had, trying to sort out my issues. The fact they answer their customer service line and you can actually speak with a human is another bonus point. Definitely recommend and will be ordering from them many times. Love the quality and am now a fan of the service too. Thank you
