I had a problem opening my monthly…
I had a problem opening my monthly energy bills on my IPad. Fortunately Colleen got on the case and really took ownership which was great. After Colleen had got into the problem it became apparent it was my aging 5th generation IPad causing the problem. I was advised to use my newer IPhone to open the app and this resolved the issue……all thanks to Colleen. Many thanks👍😂
