Incredibly Frustrating Delivery Experience

I ordered a parcel that was supposed to be delivered today, but it has been delayed without clear communication. I checked the status and saw that it was marked as "on hold" at 7:15 PM due to weather conditions. While I understand weather delays are sometimes unavoidable, this still reflects very poorly on the service.

I’ve had several experiences with SPX, and it’s becoming clear that their system can’t handle delays efficiently, leaving customers in the dark with no proper updates or alternatives. I’ve seen other users sharing similar frustrations, and this just isn’t acceptable.

If you're looking for reliable delivery, it’s worth considering other options. I’ll definitely think twice before using SPX again.
