I contacted Coles Miller in Nov 24 regarding 2 matters and I have to say the service I received was outstanding.
Thank you to Lindsey Arnold and her team, who I know were already at capacity with their workload but still found time to take on my case before Christmas.
Lindsey gave me guidance and the strength to carry out the task at hand when I was a bumbling, emotional mess. I cannot thank you enough for giving me back my peace, safety and sanity.
I would also like to thank Julie Morgan, who being aware of the situation that Lindsey was dealing with, expedited the changing of my will, with the efficiency and speed that I still can't quite believe!
