I’ve placed the order online. On estimated delivery date (12th of March) I have been informed no one was at home even though I was at home all day. I’ve rescheduled my delivery for Friday 14th of March with instruction where to leave it as my safe place and now parcel is still in transit by Royal Mail. It is already out of delivery date so currently waiting for Royal Mail to show up with my order. Not fault of perfume shop but overall experience this is why rated as 3 starts even though I’m still waiting for my parcel to arrive.
