After shopping around for an e-sim that I could use across four different South and Latin American countries for 5 weeks I settled on Maya.
I bought two e-sims during my travel, one 30-day and one 10-day to top me up for the remainder of my trip. My only MINOR gripe with Maya is the activation process of their sims means receiving a QR on the phone that you have to scan that same QR with (unless you have an extra device lying around). My way around this being my partner taking a photo of the QR code that I would then scan. The alternative manual activation process confused me so I opted out of this.
However, from that point onwards everything was seamless; moving between countries there was minimal delay in receiving reception, data was broadly available unless I was in the mountains which is understandable, being able to search for the specific countries you are visiting or choosing a general region of the world are helpful features, the prices for each plan were exceedingly good value for money and I hope it stays that way so I can use Maya every time I travel anywhere!! I compared all options for e-sims and Maya always came out on top.
