Sadly the 1 star reviews are right, get out whilst you still can
Where do I begin? Years ago I actually put a good review on here for Plutus, not now. This company has changed so much the last few years, it's almost like they wanted to lose their customers. Too many changes where you are punished for not upgrading your levels, terrible communication, customer support that can't or won't answer your questions. Unfair costs and fees that pop up all the time. Presently the token price is 71 cents, and dropping every day. There is just no value in this anymore, a real shame. Thousands of people lost money through this company, not just me. Just look at the trustpilot reviews for this year, not one positive review. Not one.
And if you see a reply from Plutus after this review about "if you have any problems please contact customer support" I did, seven times this year and it was useless. It takes weeks to get a reply and wasn't helpful at all. It used to takes days and if you asked a question you would get an answer. Now it's a copy and pasted reply directing you to the FAQs which of course has the smallprint.
Somebody made money through Plutus, just not loyal customers. If you are one of the thousands who lost, you are not alone, am sending you all an air hug.
****They replied to this review***** Exactly how I thought they would. Pointless trying to contact support. So many people are taking them to court trying to get some money back. This company is so shady they have been on Coffeezilla, for anybody that doesn't know, he is an investigator of frauds, scams etc on Youtube with a massive viewership. Watch his videos and heed his warnings. This company wants to expand into the USA, how on earth can they do that with their reputation? Shameless, awful company.
