I tried the Sinclair method and was blown away how much it helped me , I had a coach named Steve who was brilliant gave me advice,
And was there if I had questions or wobbles , I highly recommend this way for facing ur demons , it’s totally changed my bad habits with drinking :) the best thing I ever did.
