Incorrect item delivered. I ordered the viking wool warrior jacket and received a very generic polyester hoodie. I contacted the company and was told quality to work customers is very important and we want to offer you a 20% off coupon on a new order. Didn't offer to fix the issue instead offer a coupon. I visited the site again and low and behold everyone gets a 20% discount on their 2nd purchase. So basically they are doing nothing to resolve the issue. So $40 spent on a hoodie that will sit in my closet.
