I submitted a claim on the evening of Tuesday 25th Feb and received an e mail on the morning of Friday 28th Feb to say it had been settled. I am super impressed. I know that my vet practice has a tendency to pile up the forms that they receive and not complete them daily, so the online submission from Napo definitely works better. I was also kept informed of what stage my claim was at throughout the very short process. I will be recommending to all my friends.
