I've only experienced the 1.0 version and I now understand why you have a 2.0 version. The connectors are very small and aligning them up to make sure they go in the right way is tricky. The end product looks great and it made my set come to life. I haven't installed the 2.0 kit on my cabin yet. I'm looking forward to seeing how that works and looks.
