I've never logged into this pension provider and it's stuck with 1p in it. I tried to login in or even create and account but their online portal is so hard to use. You can't do anything with it. It's just way to hard to use their internet site. Once I log in I will transfer this 1p out of this account just so I don't ever have to deal with these again. Please make your online easier to use and get rid of all the unnecessary stuff on it. If I click log in. Just take me to a login screen. Don't take me around 50 pages. If I need to create and account, just allow me to create and account. Don't have me jump through 50 hoops.
