Awful experience

Awful, awful experience. Kudos to the CEO to have devised a legit way to scam people out of their money. They have not create something to bring value to customer, but to take the maximum value through vicious techniques as changing rules almost every month to suspend, delay, deny, cancel or reduce what they promised pretending they are improving rules. The value of PLU has been going down steadily while they make every effort possible to make the withdrawal of the token absurdly costly.

We understand some users may be disappointed, expecting everything to be free. However, as a business that provides valuable services loved by thousands, a fair fee is necessary to support the ongoing delivery of promised features that are now live.

PLU can be used in-app for utilities like PlutusGifts, PlutusMiles and PlutusTravel, and starting in 2025, you’ll be able to skip payout fees completely. In January, new reward level benefits include Free Payouts, Double Rewards & Golden Tickets. Furthermore Stackable Perks are already live.
