Have promised delivery 02.20 (order on 02.18). PostNord has just registered parcel by this day, so no movement whatsoever. Emails nobody answers, chat - the same, Internet shop provider registered in Latvia, juridical address in Norway, phone number provided - Cambodia!
Update: I have been called and assured that everything is okay. Battery came just one day late. Charged it overnight and installed. Hopefully will be ok. Correct your phone number in contacts!
