Have to give credit where it's due. I ordered balanced version of meals and snacks. Been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, and most meals have good flavour Also impressed by the portion size, was worried I would still be hungry but has not been the case at all. If you are unsure, I would say give them a try.
