Because of the inaccurate reading of meter, Octopus charged me a lot for utility. Eventually, the meter was changed to a smart meter, and based on current month reading, I should be paying no more than 45 GBP/mo.
However, Octopus charged me over double the amount. Eventually, the matter was escalated to the manager (Amelia), and she swiftly made adjustment. It ended up being 70GBP/mo, but still much better than 98 GBP/mo. So, overall, I am happy with Amelia's service.
