I had an awful experience with CapCut’s invoicing process. As a business user, I require proper invoices for tax and accounting purposes. However, CapCut makes this needlessly complicated, unlike most services, there’s no simple way to download invoices directly from the platform.

After weeks of back and forth with support, providing the same details multiple times, I still had to chase them to get what should be a standard business feature. Their slow and unhelpful responses delayed my tax filing, causing unnecessary frustration.

CapCut is clearly not built for professionals or businesses. Their lack of a proper invoicing system and poor customer service make it impossible to rely on them for any serious work. Unless you’re just using CapCut for casual, personal videos, I cannot recommend this service.

Until today I still haven't received the invoices.
