Bad customer service and unreliable delivery promises
I purchased four chairs in mid-January with a promised pickup date at the beginning of February. Since then, POCO has repeatedly delayed the delivery without providing a clear explanation. Every time I asked for clarification or compensation, they simply copied and pasted the same generic response, refusing to take responsibility.
Their latest estimate is mid-March, but given the lack of transparency, I have little confidence in this timeline. This is not how a serious company should treat its customers. I would strongly reconsider shopping at POCO in the future.
