Don’t expect to get functioning app
Several branches fail to have the Costa Coffee app working. Even tried using their free WIFI
Still didn’t work. Spent £10 complained about non-functioning app only to be told to keep the receipt and they would add it next time. I already had 1 receipt from last week which they were unable to credit to my account, plus this one! To add insult to injury they then failed to provide a receipt!!! Great😭
