This company is an absolute scam. Thought I wouldn't get hit by one of these scummy "companies" but here I am doing whatever I can to show the world how awful they are.
Order a $160 jacket on 12/30/24. I emailed 01/07/25 to get an update. Was told 3-7 BUSINESS days and the order would arrive. Emailed them again about a status update on 1/16 and they provided me a FedEx tracking number which has been stuck on location somewhere in the middle east TO THIS DAY. I emailed them every single week and they completely ghosted me AND took my money. Terrible customer experience and absolute fraudulent business practices. Just like the others say the contact info of Houston, Tx and the phone don't work. Stay far away from them!
