Great customer relations
Sent an order in on 4 January and it is now 6 February and we have still not received our order. We have sent numerous emails and they have not had the courtesy of any answer. Also sent emails to Al and still no answer.
We spent £20. What a waste.
Spoke to Nige at Spicey Joes, they had a computer issue and lost info. 2 days later I have my order in full plus a couple of extras free. Well done for customer relations 5 star now.
