My experience using Gogodoc could not have been more positive. After developing a fast onset and rather severe skin condition, I was given short telephone consultation with my usual GP and was not satisfied with the outcome. I was recommended Gogodoc by a family member and was able to book an in-person appointment for the following day as requested. Dr Lavan is an exceptional GP both in terms of knowledge and patient manner. He took a proper, thorough history and examination before discussing management and treatment options. Tests were carried out during the appointment and I received the results rapidly including bloods on the same day. Dr Lavan has also been extremely efficient in providing a referral letter and recommending a suitable dermatologist. I will certainly be using Gogodoc again. It’s a fantastic service.
