I received my Orbitrek direct from Thane Direct UK yesterday and was disappointed to find I had been sent a machine that is not current (old model) and is quite different to the machine featured in the advert from which I placed my order. I understand that this is an illegal practice! I had ordered the machine from Amazon but my wife spotted it at a cheaper price from Thane, so I cancelled my Amazon order and ordered direct from Thane Direct UK. I wish I had stuck with Amazon!!
As a 76 year old 2 weeks post anterior spinal fusion and unable to walk, I can't return the machine.
I would therefore warn prospective customers that they might not receive what they think they have ordered!!
