What an awful experience!!!

What an awful experience!!!! Made an order on 09.01.25. still no delivery as they choose worst company ever to deliver whatever you buy -Raben Group . There is no communication, no updates, no response to any way you try to get any info. Everyone is just apologizing but nobody knows where is my item or when it's going to be delivered and I spend more then 1000e,so careful if you want to buy something from them.
Finally, got my door left unattended in my front yard.
Wanted to edit my review in a maybe more positive tone but dimensions appeared out of standard so have to redo my entrance, meaning -instead of two hours job got four days job, still needs some touch up and cost itself a lot higher then expected.
