Like all the negative reviews on this site, I was initially offered a reasonable offer for my IPhone only for it to be downgraded by approximately 50% once they’d “forensically” inspected my device using UV light. They sent photos to justify their appalling offer, some of which I don’t even believe were my phone. After a bit of backwards and forwards I eventually agreed a price but have yet to receive payment for my device (5 days later) . They seem to come up with a different excuse each time I contact them. Trustpilot also state that they are unable to display their rating as Smart Cellular have breached their guidelines by “offering incentives” for reviews - that just sums up this appalling company.
I wish I’d read the reviews before I sent my phone in.
Update: got paid on day 6 and was offered another tenner if I gave them a 5 star review!!!
