Worksop branch don't know anything.

Worksop branch don't know anything.
I popped into Worksop branch and asked if they can look at my van? I explained the problem I'm having and the type of van it is.
Kwik fit said yes fetch it down now leave it with us and we can take a look. I phone a mate up to give me a lift to the van which took about 30 minutes, I drive all the way back down another 30 minutes to KF,I wait 5 minutes. So now I'm over an hour of time gone. Kwik fit comes out and says " no we can't do work on that van ". I'm almost crying now as he points to a SWB van in the car park and says " I thought you meant one of those ". I've told you the van it was and you looked on the computer. How can Kwik fit not know the difference between a MWB and SWB. I said it was a MWB van.
I then had to travel 30 minutes back with the van, get my friend again to give me a lift back to KW where my car is that I left from earlier.
I don't know why you got staff working the front desk if they don't know what they doing. You need qualified staff on the front desk who knows at least so ething about cars or vans. Don't hire a receptionist to do a job about cars / vans.
After all this my time for the day was up. I now can't contact any other garages to try and get the work done. I've to mess about tomorrow to try and get it booked in somewhere.
Btw I also asked if there was any other Kwik fits that can get a van in and his response was " you'll have to phone the other branches up ". I'm sorry but this killed me because I'm sure he could have looked online then and there and had it booked in for me. Just laziness they didn't tbh. Not happy. Big company and I see why no one likes going to them.
