The worst company and miscommunication…

The worst company and miscommunication with them…. I had had them since 2023, last December I started claim and my insurance was ending in January, I was told that if I will not extended my membership they will not cover existing claim after 2nd of January. I find out from my company which I am working for that they providing me with free vitality and I carry on with them but now I still can’t proceed with my claim because they treat my claim as a existing health problem…. This company is a joke, I do not recommend to use them, I was with bupa before and was much better
