Family member mistakingly picked up and returned wrong parcel on 16/11/24 (which was a French connection cream jumper) back to New look store. I contacted New Look the next day and they said they’d log and report the mistaken return. By New year 2025, a staff member looking into my case said the item was not located or on the wrong returns spreadsheet, so a member of staff must have taken it for themselves. Just be careful to NEVER return wrong item if it’s a non-new look product or some untrustworthy and immoral staff will steal it for themselves.
