Real prize is a great casino but they're payout times are very slow,been waiting over a week now for my redemption,and still nothing,they do not keep you updated about anything unless you write to them and tell them that you haven't received anything,plus their robotic email always stated it takes up to 14 days to be processed,why so long to process redemption,I'm pretty sure to process 1 payout doesn't really take up to 14 business days wooow,that makes. Me not wanna play there anymore ,Other than that like I said they need to make redemption more speedy.
