The AXA website and setup of new car insurance was very simple and intuitive to use, with clear screen instructions and option selections. Payment options are clear and it is easy to set up any Direct Debit required. Insurance confirmation and all documents came through very quickly via e mail. This is the first time with AXA and I am very pleased with the company, thus far.
