while we understand that the downtime was a issue overall, we have got it sorted within 3 days. Your Owner had come to us around 60 times in the 2 weeks he was with us for the smallest of issues not knowing what it was and we fixed 99.9% off them.

Now you was paying around $6 per month for around 7 servers, we had people paying around $60 per month for 1 server, you were not our highest priority at the time but we got to you in the time that we could.

You have to understand that we are only a 2 person team at this current point in time and currently can not hire staff, we have staff applications out for all that want to apply to help us out.

Again you delete our AD btw without telling me about it ATALL, and dont say you didnt because i have screenshots for proof that the ad was not available within your discord server. And then when i confronted you about it (Maximus) you said you would refuse to pay, i gave you the benefit of the doubt and let you finish that month. You began to be rude to me so i just removed your servers from our system.

This has nothing to do with us but all to do you with you and your temper tantrums when something dosent go your way.

May i also add that you broke our TOS when you decided to add cracked plugins to your server, after being caught you got rid of them. And dont say you didnt because again i have screenshots to prove this.

We are sorry that you didnt get the quality you wanted but overall this is not our fault and we will not take the blame for it.
