Clothes from China!

Charging a lot of money for items in the ‘sale’ delivery states 3 working days however my order has come in dribs and drabs from China over weeks!! None of the clothes have brand labels in them, looks like they are from Shein.

It will ALL be going back. A £200 order.

I’ve been waiting for a responses on the SMS chat for over 5 hours!

I’ve gone back onto the website to look at the items I ordered and make sure I’ve not missed anything in relation to postage…. And nope, no mention of china and still says normal UK postage.

Debenhams, you’ve sadly declined in so many ways.


Thanks for your response, however… when checking out IT DOES NOT state a different shipping method for other companies (part of your group) take a look!
This is my point. I was not and am not bothered about next day delivery. When I add the same items today from my previous order it ONLY states UK delivery.

I am still waiting for the order, which shows somewhere in China on the tracking.

I ordered from you DEBENHAMS not some company in China. I have also emailed them and imagine my surprise… no response. I would like my £208 refunded.

As for your Customer service, I get a message from a different person every 6-7 hours.

I’m just told when/if I finally get it I need to email the same company in China (that aren’t responding to me) to arrange a return of the items!

UPDATE: Thank you for sending this over. I can see the items that didn't arrive within the next day delivery timeframe on this order are from our concession brands, and as stated during the checkout process, items from concession brands will be sent using the standard delivery service.

I'm sorry if these items didn't arrive when expected and the quality didn't meet expectations, and these can be returned for a refund if not wanted. I can see our customer service team provided a response on your message well within the 24-48 hours we ask to allow to respond to message. If you have any further queries, please do let our customer service team know and they will get back to you as soon as possible about this.
