Metz has been of great help to me healing from my tough breakup with my ex. With his extensive knowledge, attention to detail and his recognition for recurring patterns in me, he also saw that there was more than just the breakup that I needed to heal from. He saw that I needed to heal from my childhood as I was living and limiting myself with limiting beliefs. Uncovering and healing those has been really a game changer as it really has changed me in ways I couldn‘t have imagined. Metz has helped and guided me in every step of the way in this healing process and it has been a truly remarkable journey so far which I really enjoyed, despite facing all the pain and fears that I suppressed over the years.
