Don't.bother with recycling, they don't care.

We paid for a.fridge freezer to be delivered and our old one to be recycled and also packaging taken away.
A very surly delivery driver turned up with his younger help.
He was rude about our choice of appliance and its colour and then refused to take our old appliance saying it wasn't the same size.
This left us with our old appliance in the middle of our kitchen for Xmas day!
I called customer services which took 2 hours. When I got through eventually they arranged a pick up of the old appliance today.
Between 6 and 8. We then get a message cancelling the collection after getting up at 5am to wait for them.
This is an awful service which has caused considerable inconvenience for us.
We thought we'd give a smaller company a go but cannot recommend them and feel very let down.
