On the 11th December I purchased a…

On the 11th December I purchased a smart watch for my wife for Christmas..it is now xmas day and I have received nothing from dealmonday...I would avoid doing business with this company because I've been totally ignored trying to find my item to the point now where they've bocked all my emails..I've got a tracking number which has not moved in 12 days still says in hub...now I need to track my money dwn £169..and report this company to an ombudsman..for deal Monday as been a knightmare to do business with!!!
