Poor communication. No product received. Finally got refund.
I had been waiting for further information regarding my lost order since November 20. I was initially told my order was undergoing UPS investigation. Then I was told that they are attempting to resolve the situation, but having difficulty since the product I ordered is no longer in stock. I have waited since November. I had already received a "please review your experience" email, and I decided to not respond... so that they would have more time to amend my situation. But then, I'm sent another email asking me to review my order. So, if you insist on me reviewing my experience. Here you go. Customer service could have been better, I had to email customer service multiple times before I got responses. Finally in the end I just settled for a refund. The money back is nice, but the hassle with communicating has been a burden. Additionally, I still have nothing to show for my Christmas gift. 3 stars
