It was very good and appreciated the hard work of the gentleman was very helpful. But the only thing that I found difficult was due to my hard of hearing of myself I found it really difficult in understanding the foreign accent and it made the process difficult for me. But I’m pleased to say that everything was dealt with and the patience of both myself and the gentleman who dealt with me we got through it.
