Ordered 2 single mattresses from this company on 12th December who then passed the delivery into zenith delivery. I received an email stating the delivery date and to confirm simply respond to the email. I did this and the email bounced back. After a number of times calling the delivery company, I finally called sleep beds to see if they could help. There were no supervisors around as they had apparently ‘popped out’ and the next delivery date was the 6th January. I requested a full refund and was told this could take 20 days.
Very poor show !!
