Happy with delivery information but unhappy with actual delivery, driver knocked on my door I answered it straight away, no sign of driver, he left parcel on my doorstep in my backyard but stated on e-mail he left it in porch!! I don't have a porch and if I hadn't answered straight away parcel may have been stolen. I have a ring doorbell and he didn't use it. Parcel was in good condition but unhappy with service.
