The speed of response from Holzkern to my question was simply amazing. Very pleasant and professional as well. When I placed my order, I typed the wrong email address for my contact information. No one made me feel foolish for not getting that correct. I felt foolish enough myself 🤦‍♀️! They corrected my email address and promptly resent my invoice. I also received notice from shipping company that my purchase was on the way. All of this transpired in under 24hr!
