I ordered the latest Atelier Ryza…
I ordered the latest Atelier Ryza trilogy and part 2 got a misprint spine. They told me nothing is damaged and there is no discount. Their only option is to send it in and back on my own costs. I already paid 55 Euro for the game, thank you VGP for your understanding.
They said I didnt state "mint condition" in the order comment section.
Ok, I had another order? Nothing can go wrong, right? I asked them to combine orders, but that doesnt work, so they had to cancel 1 game and add it to my other order. I paid a second time for the same game and asked for a refund.
They told me that I only could get a store credit,because I canceled the game. After a lot of Emails and stress, they understood that I paid money for store credit and I still bought the game. Now I can get my money back, but wait, they want to deduct 5% processing fees. Never heard about that in 20 years getting paypal refunds.
Since yesterday I cant log into my VGP account. So I contacted the customer service. They told me that I dont have an account with them. I seriously dont know what is happening here anymore.
No apologies so far, no consumer based business. I did spend a lot of money and I only got problems. I am unhappy and disappointed. Sorry for the language, English is not my main language.
