Overpromise, Underdeliver

Bought a bed for a guest coming to visit, with delivery 48h.
After 24h, order is not dispatched. Contacted customer service via chat, they cannot tell me anything other than "they are investigating the issues with dispatch delay". No clue when this is coming, when it is needed 29/11. No supervisors available in a decent timeframe. Offensive and a waste of time.
