Retraining your couriers to deliver to…

Retraining your couriers to deliver to people's doors not leave in foyer where anyone can take it, unacceptable and terrible service, not happy

Update:
The first place should have been delivered to the customers door and if nobody is in then put in a safe place, your courier didn't even attempt to try my front door and knew i was in as i buzzed him in the building and then left my parcel and 2 other parcels for other residents in the foyer where anybody could have taken them not a safe place, i am shocked that your policy is to put in a safe place 1st? and not even go to a customers front door to deliver! I don't need a reply from you.

Hi Alfred , I understand that your parcel was left outside in an unsafe place and it should have been left at a safe place as per Yodel's standard safe place policy. I am sorry to hear about your experience so far and the driver should have been more responsible to follow the correct delivery method and follow the Yodel's safe place guidelines.
