This is a very good morning ritual and I look forward to this every morning when I come down stairs to the kitchen. I only need 1 cup and then I drink water for the rest of the day. No jitters. Just a great hot drink in the morning. If you are on the fence, then I highly recommend that you try it with nothing to lose.
