Poor dining table / waiting for customer service
6/Dec Update: customer support is great. Although something went wrong with the product, at least they take responsibility and reacting quite fast. 5 stars to customer service.
The product I received is in an unacceptable condition and has caused significant inconvenience. Below are the issues I encountered:
1. The outer packaging was already damaged upon delivery, which led to scratches on the metal legs (table stand).
2. Upon opening the package, I found that both sides of the tabletop were extremely dirty, covered in wood dust.
3. During assembly, three screws could not be tightened. It appears the table stand is slightly bent, and the screws provided are too short.
4. After managing to assemble the table, I discovered that the tabletop itself is damaged and remains extremely dirty, with wood dust and what seems to be paint residue. Despite my efforts, it cannot be cleaned properly. Touching the surface leaves my hands stained.
Their return policy states that products must be repackaged for return. However, as the packaging was already damaged upon delivery, it is impossible for me to comply with this requirement.
This situation has created a mess in my apartment, and I cannot accept a product in such a poor condition. They made this poor product and I have to deal with this mess.
