Late delivery & poor comms
Second time in 2 months parcel sent to me, was given a delivery window around lunchtime and that went past. No update sent from DHL and then it was eventually delivered after 5pm.
If you can't achieve your delivery windows don't issue them. Not what I expected from DHL

I can completely understand your frustration and I'm ever so sorry that we weren't able to deliver this item within the allotted time slot. In efforts to prevent this issue reoccurring, I will be sure to pass on this information to the relevant departments.
In a more positive light, I'm pleased to see the goods were delivered successfully on the estimated delivery date. Hopefully we can be given the opportunity in the near future to rectify our reputation with yourself.
