Twice I have ordered tirzepatide from Valhalla Vitality. The first time I orders and paid for 60 mg. Instead I only got 20 mg! I didn’t realize it immediately, until I was running out of the 20 mg that I didn’t realize was only that amount. I reached out to them and they insisted I got the right amount. Doubting myself, I went ahead and ordered another 40 mg. Just now received my order and AGAIN, I received only 20 mg!!! I’m furious, as I have paid for a total of 100 mg and have only received 40mg!!! If not corrected by sending me the right amount or refunding me for 60 mg I didn’t receive, I will file a suit!
